Corvus Proprietaries LLC operates on performance-based pricing models where fees are directly tied to measurable results. Payment is due only upon delivery of qualified leads, attended appointments, or closed transactions as specified in your selected tier.

Agent-side GCI Definition: Gross Commission Income earned by the agent/client from completed real estate transactions, calculated before broker splits, team fees, or other deductions.

Billing Methodology

  • Per-Lead Billing: Charged monthly for qualified leads meeting client-specified criteria and successfully contacted by our AI system.
  • Per-Appointment Billing: Charged only when scheduled prospects attend confirmed appointments.
  • Revenue Share Billing: 8% (Tier II) or 12% (Tier III) of agent-side GCI collected at closing through escrow or direct invoice.

Setup Fees & Terms

One-time setup fees cover initial CRM integration, AI system configuration, and workflow customization. Setup fees are non-refundable and due upon contract execution. Tier III (Risk-Free Partnership) includes no setup fee.
